Trainer Thane

Thane is a lifelong athlete currently working on his degree in exercise science. This degree will ultimately allow him to help individuals reach and maintain their fitness goals and lifestyles.
Thane uses a cause-driven and science-based method of personal training at the YMCA. He believes there is few other feelings like taking control of your fitness in a realistic and long-term way.

Thane specializes in endurance, weightlifting, and triathlon, styles of training.
