Nicole’s background as a physical therapy assistant gives her a unique perspective on fitness and injury prevention. With a deep understanding of body mechanics, she transitioned into personal training to help clients build strong, healthy bodies before injury occurs.
Nicole specializes in working with individuals who have balance issues, joint replacements, osteoporosis, and sports-related injuries. She believes exercise is powerful preventive medicine and aims to inspire others to find joy and confidence in their fitness journeys, fostering long-term health and resilience.
INTERESTS: Anything outdoors including running, biking, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoys attending concerts and enjoying time with friends and family.
