Kids Night Out/ Kids Day Out
Join us for Kids’ Night Out where kids will get a chance to enjoy a night of games, swimming (depending on pool availability), rock climbing, and hanging out with friends. It’s a great way for kids to be active and meet new people. And parents get a chance to go out, too! Kids will be supervised by caring and responsible Y staff while they have a blast! Time is 5:30pm-8:30pm. Pizza provided. If your child has an allergy, please let us know.

Pool FAQs
Are swim tests required?
For anyone under the age of 18, swim tests are required for every visit to the YMCA. This helps staff know which areas youth can visit based on their ability to swim. For families with little ones/non-swimmers, please maintain a ratio of two children for every adult.
Is photography/recording allowed on the pool deck?
As part of the Child Abuse Prevention program, camera usage is prohibited on the pool deck and in locker room spaces.
Can I bring a flotation device for my child(ren)?
Yes, the only flotation devices allowed are Coast Guard approved lifejackets. (Rings and arm-floaties are not allowed)
What can we bring to the pool deck?
Families are allowed to bring noodles, toys such as diving rings, and balls that are pool-friendly. Prohibited items include food and glass, mermaid fins, goggles covering that cover the nose (with the exception of swimming in the lap pool), and hard balls such as basketballs and footballs.
For any additional questions, please stop by our lifeguard desk and we can assist!
