Trainer Julie

With a decade of experience in health and wellness, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. She began weightlifting in midlife, inspired by her young adult sons, and has since competed in multiple powerlifting meets. Julie then became a Personal trainer and has recently added a specialty in Cancer Recovery.

Julie firmly believes that strength training is essential, especially for women as they age, supporting both physical health and emotional well-being. As a certified Health Coach and Holy Yoga Instructor, she is dedicated to creating personalized programs that empower women to enhance their strength, both physically and spiritually.

INTERESTS: Spending time with family, mountain biking, trail running/hiking, exploring Idaho, playing guitar/singing, and reading…and dark chocolate.
