My name is Brandi, and I am a dedicated fitness professional with a strong educational background and a passion for promoting health and wellness. I hold an ACE certification as a personal trainer, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, where I specialized in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching. This academic foundation has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of health, nutrition, and exercise science, enabling me to create effective strategies for improving overall well-being.

Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing certification as a Women’s Fitness Specialist through NASM. This additional qualification will enhance my ability to address the unique fitness needs of women, allowing me to offer tailored programs that consider physiological differences and life

I am passionate about crafting personalized and sustainable functional fitness programs that enhance strength and endurance for everyday activities. My approach focuses on promoting a healthier lifestyle through practical exercises that can be integrated into daily routines. I believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable, empowering individuals to lead active lives.

When I’m not training clients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors—whether paddleboarding, jet skiing, biking, or hiking—with my family. These activities not only keep me physically active but also allow me to connect with nature and create lasting memories with loved ones. Additionally, I have a love for travel and am always looking forward to new adventures wherever they may take me.
