One of the best parts about lifeguarding at the Y is that you don’t need prior experience or certifications to apply. We cover the cost of all necessary training and certification to make sure you’re fully prepared and confident in your role. You’ll gain valuable skills that extend beyond the pool deck, including CPR, first aid, and water safety.
