Trainer Jeremy
Jeremy spent the past 13 years overseas playing professional basketball, where he developed a deep appreciation for training the body to move and function at its best. Through this experience, he built a strong foundation in functional lifting for everyday life, focusing not just on being strong or explosive, but on overall health. While strength is important, Jeremy believes true progress is measured by longevity and how you feel each day when you wake up.
Jeremy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has spent six years training collegiate athletes alongside his playing career. He is excited to be part of the YMCA culture and looks forward to bringing his energy, passion, and attention to detail to this new opportunity.
