Trainer Gracie

Gracie has been a personal trainer since January 2024, and she loves helping people achieve their fitness goals—whether that’s building strength, improving movement, or gaining confidence. She played sports growing up and throughout high school, which is where her passion for fitness, exercise, and performance first developed.
She continued that passion at Boise State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, gaining a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and injury prevention. She also holds multiple fitness certifications and uses evidence-based training methods to design safe, effective, and personalized programs.
She believes fitness should be challenging, enjoyable, and sustainable. Her goal is to educate, support, and motivate her clients while helping them build long-term habits that lead to real, lasting results.
