2025 Treasure Valley Family YMCA Famous Idaho Potato Marathon

Running the Famous Idaho Potato Marathon offers a unique opportunity to experience Boise’s scenic beauty while challenging yourself on a well-organized, supportive course. Join the fun with the 5K or 10K distances or push your limits with the half or full marathon. Connect with fellow runners and celebrate Idaho’s famous spuds!

The Treasure Valley YMCA is proud to present the 48th annual YMCA Famous Idaho Potato Marathon and Fun Runs presented by the Idaho Potato Commission. All of our races take place on the flat and scenic Boise Greenbelt. This year, due to construction in the BSU Stadium, we will start and finish at the Morrison Center.
