Darkness to Light’s flagship training, Stewards of Children®, teaches adults practical actions they can take to reduce instances of child sexual abuse in their organizations, families, and communities. Stewards of Children® is one of the only award-winning, evidence-informed, adult-focused child sexual abuse prevention trainings in the United States proven to increase knowledge and change behavior. Senior Athlete Fitness Exams – FREE Physical Fitness Screening Wednesday, April 2nd from 9:00 -11:00 AM at the YMCA Community Hub. *Please sign up to let us know you’re coming but appointments are drop-in style between these hours.* Clinicians with St. Luke’s and the National Senior Games Association will be onsite preforming Cardiovascular, Muscular, Flexibility, and Balance Fitness evaluations. 2025 Treasure Valley Triathlon

The Treasure Valley Tri is the largest adaptive triathlon in the western United States! This crit-style race offers a thrilling experience, with the swim taking place in Quinn’s Pond, a scenic bike ride through Garden City, and a run along the greenbelt at Ester Simplot Park.
