Senior Athlete Fitness Exams – FREE Physical Fitness Screening Wednesday, April 2nd from 9:00 -11:00 AM at the YMCA Community Hub. *Please sign up to let us know you’re coming but appointments are drop-in style between these hours.* Clinicians with St. Luke’s and the National Senior Games Association will be onsite preforming Cardiovascular, Muscular, Flexibility, and Balance Fitness evaluations. The exams will take around 15-20 minutes and will provide you numbers around these important markers with education material to follow.
