Holiday Cookie Exchange

Join us Thursday, December 19th from 1-3 PM at the YMCA Community Hub for a holiday cookie exchange! A wonderful way to celebrate the holidays and the joy of eating sweet treats is by hosting a Cookie Exchange. How it works is everyone brings two dozen of their favorite cookies to share, the recipe and a to-go container for their NEW cookies and recipes. We will vote on our favorite cookie! Festive holiday attire is encouraged.

Heart Healthy Cooking

Treefort Music Festival provides paper swag bags for each musician that performs at the festival, and they want YOU to design them! Senior Athlete Fitness Exams – FREE Physical Fitness Screening Wednesday, April 2nd from 9:00 -11:00 AM at the YMCA Community Hub. *Please sign up to let us know you’re coming but appointments are drop-in style between these hours.* Clinicians with St. Luke’s and the National Senior Games Association will be onsite preforming Cardiovascular, Muscular, Flexibility, and Balance Fitness evaluations. The exams will take around 15-20 minutes and will provide you numbers around these important markers with education material to follow. 2025 Treasure Valley Family YMCA Spin-a-thon
