Cancellation Policy
Members wishing to cancel their YMCA membership must fill out the proper cancellation form in-person at any YMCA membership branch. This ensures cancellations are handled securely and accurately while helping us discuss options, answer questions, and ensure the cancellation is finalized correctly.
All cancellation requests must be made on or before the final day of the month. If extenuating circumstances exist that prohibit a member from visiting a YMCA facility, members can call their home branch and speak with a membership specialist who can discuss an alternate cancellation method. Cancellation requests cannot be made online or over the phone unless approved by a membership back-office staff.
Photo Release Policy
The Treasure Valley Family YMCA reserves the right to use photographs/videos taken within YMCA facilities and at YMCA events and activities for marketing and promotional purposes.

Family Definition
One or two adults in a domestic partnership who live in the same household and their dependent children 23 years of age and younger (kids under the age of 10 must be part of a family membership). Additional adults living in the same household may be added to the family membership at an add-on fee of $40/month for 1 person or $55/month for 2 or more persons
Checking/Savings Account or Credit Card Draft
This is the easiest and most convenient way to pay for your membership. Your fees are automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings, credit card or debit card on the 1st of each month. To reduce our expenses, we appreciate if members consider using a checking or savings account instead of a credit or debit card for your monthly dues. We will gladly waive the joining fee for anyone using this payment method.

Lower Rates on Fee-Based Programs
Special member rates are offered for programs that have additional fees attached, including $30 programs like swim lessons, youth enrichment, wellness, and nutrition programs.
Kid Zone
We provide safe, clean and nurturing care for kids 6 weeks-6 years old at all our facilities. Kid Zone is available for a reasonable fee to members on a walk-in basis.
