Sally DeFranco – 2025 Civic Engagement Scholarship Recipient
Sally is a compassionate and driven high school student with a passion for helping others. She finds deep
joy working with a local equine therapy program to bring the healing power of horses to individuals with
physical, emotional, and developmental challenges. Whether she’s leading therapy sessions or caring for
the animals, Sally is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where people can connect, grow, and
heal.

Sally will be graduating from Bishop Kelly High School and plans to attend University of Notre Dame.
