Casey helps eliminate joint pain and combat disease by analyzing movement, posture, and muscle imbalances. Casey works with youth to improve athletic power and reduce injuries by creating a foundation of movement patterns, training athletes to properly receive and produce force, allowing for improved strength and speed. Casey looks forward to working with you to improve your health and performance.
Notable work experience: 9+ years working in physical therapy, chiropractic and health rehabilitation clinics, College/Athletic Performance Centers, College of Idaho, University of Montana, Pacific University, A.D.A.P.T performance.
Certifications/Education: Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ADAPT level 3, Masters in Health and Human Performance, Bachelors in fitness Evaluation and Programming.
INTERESTS: Mountain biking, paddle boarding, coaching youth sports, MUNI (mountain unicycling), weightlifting, longevity training, and treagering.
