Chris has been a valued member of the Downtown YMCA team since April 2009. As an ACE-certified personal trainer with a focus on fitness nutrition, he brings a well-rounded approach to helping clients achieve their health goals. With 12 years of experience as a kickboxing and boxing trainer, Chris has an impressive record of 20 wins and 3 losses, reflecting his expertise and dedication to the sport.
In addition to his passion for martial arts, Chris is an avid cyclist. You can often spot him riding to and from work, demonstrating his commitment to staying active every day. Whether in the ring, on the bike, or in the gym, Chris is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential.
INTERESTS: Chris enjoys outdoors as much as possible, biking, flying kites, fishing, and gardening.
