Trainer Felicia

Felicia found her enthusiasm for health and fitness during her involvement with sports in High School. After graduation, she got her first gym membership and never looked back. Felicia uses a client-based approach for Personal Training that focuses on all aspects of health: mental, physical, and emotional to promote healthy habits and create routines that keep her clients injury free. Felicia is passionate about balance and stability and enjoys helping with all types of goals.
INTERESTS: Singing, Roller-Skating, Dancing, being in the sun and spending time with her husband and son.
