Trainer Jennifer

Jennifer is dedicated to empowering others to take control of their physical health, firmly believing that everyone is capable of living a healthy, active life. She emphasizes that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and she is committed to helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.

Since becoming a trainer in 2008, Jennifer has earned specialty certifications as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Women’s Strength Training expert. Additionally, she is certified in TRX, kettlebells, and Insanity, bringing a diverse skill set to her training sessions.
