Trainer Jody

Jody has a passion for coaching and helping people reach their full potential. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW-Madison. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Wellcoaches Certified Health Coach, Jody enjoys working with people who are interested in making healthy lifestyle changes in all areas of their life. In addition to personal training, Jody is also a group exercise and yoga instructor, specializing in flexibility, balance, and strength. Jody also has a NASM specialization in nutrition, weight loss, and behavior change.
INTERESTS: Running, hiking, yoga, music, reading, and spending time with her dogs. Jody is also fluent in Spanish.
