Kate graduated with a bachelors in Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer with specialties in Parkinson’s Disease and Pre & Postnatal core correction including healing diastasis, oh! And she’s a mom too.
If you are invested in having a healthy preconception, pregnancy, post pregnancy, easier labor and delivery, and a healthy baby, safely moving your body is one of the most beneficial things you can do.
Kate loves people and can take any pre or postnatal mom and create a program that is safe and caters to each individual’s ability and fitness goals. She can’t wait to get to know you and is honored to be a part of one of the most fulfilling, challenging, and beautiful times in your life!
