Lindsay started her fitness journey as a certified Zumba instructor whose passion grew into a Personal Training career!. She feels strongly that all body types and ages can excel in physical fitness when given the proper support.
Lindsay believes that exercise is beneficial to both physical and mental health. Given the chance, Lindsay is committed to helping you achieve your personal health goals and as helping you achieve well rounded confidence in both body and mind.
INTERESTS: Zumba, plyometrics, HIIT, weight training, postpartum weight loss support, gardening, reading and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband.
