Trainer Makenzie

Hello, my name is Makenzie! I have a deep passion for health, fitness and coaching. I enjoy helping clients accomplish their fitness goals, guiding them to do more than what they thought was possible and helping clients become the best version of themselves. My motto is “If you can dream it, then let’s achieve it.”

My favorite type of exercise is training/racing half and full marathons. I am self-coached, I qualified/ran the Boston Marathon, and my fitness goal is to qualify for the Olympic Marathon Trials. Other than running, I also enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, and paddle boarding. I also love to cook, bake, eat, and go grocery shopping.

My educational background includes – Master’s in Coaching and Exercise Science degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree, a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness degree, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Road Runner’s Club of America (RRCA) Distance Running Coach and Certified in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through American Red Cross.
