Trainer Michelle
Michelle Evans is a personal trainer and fitness instructor who works with a variety of members to achieve their fitness goals.
Michelle believes that we can all feel better through a healthy lifestyle and there are many ways to achieve less pain and participate more fully in life.
She has worked with a large variety of people from youth to active older adults, and has helped numerous people through their fitness journey!
Michelle is a NASM Certified personal trainer, and also teaches TRX, Yoga, Tai Chi, Barre, and Strength Train Together. She also holds the NASM Nutrition Certification, NASM Weight Loss Specialization, and NASM Behavior Change Specialization.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from Montana State University.
