Trainer Rai

Rai began her health and fitness journey with the Y in 2015, participating in group fitness classes. She started teaching P90X in 2018 and has gained several certifications for fitness formats, as well as her personal training certification. She emphasizes the connection between a healthy mind and body and has a specific passion for athletes who are just starting or restarting their fitness journeys.
INTERESTS: Rai enjoys running marathons and obstacle course races.
