Trainer Shallece

Shallece is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her specialties include PiYo, running, balance, stretch, and half marathons.  Seeing someone push through their struggles and accomplish what they thought was impossible is what Shallece enjoys most about personal training.

INTERESTS: Running, nutrition and food prep, half marathons, camping, trail running, PiYO, and spending time with family.
