Trainer Skye

Skye has been part of the YMCA family since 2010, starting out teaching group fitness classes with her MOSSA certifications. In 2020, she added SilverSneakers and has been having a great time teaching those classes ever since.

As a mom of three kids who are always on the go with sports, Skye truly gets how busy life can be and how important it is to take time for yourself. She’s been on her own weight-loss journey, which has fueled her passion for finding a healthy balance between good nutrition and strength training. Skye especially loves working with older adults, helping them stay strong, flexible, and balanced through functional movement—all while keeping it fun and enjoyable.
