Trainer Susan

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I hold a BAS degree with an emphasis in kinesiology and corrective exercise design. My experience spans a wide range of areas, including working with movement disorders, and I’m passionate about teaching indoor cycling. The opportunity to work one-on-one with clients has added a new dimension to my practice, allowing me to encourage personal growth through healthy living and physical activity.

Whether you’re looking to gain lean muscle mass, enhance athletic performance, or maintain an active, injury-free lifestyle, my approach is tailored to your unique needs. I begin by assessing muscle imbalances and focusing on core, stabilization, and balance training to create a personalized program that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
