Trainer Teresa

Hi, I’m Teresa, a NASM-certified personal trainer with a deep passion for strength training. My journey in fitness began with competitive soccer, and it has shaped my approach to health and wellness throughout my life. In addition to strength training, I specialize in core and postpartum training, helping clients regain strength and confidence after childbirth.
I love working with people at all stages of their fitness journey—whether you’re just starting out, looking to take your progress to the next level, or getting back into fitness after some time off. My approach is all about personalization, focusing on making you feel stronger and better every day.
I thrive in one-on-one sessions, where I can connect with my clients and help them reach their goals—whether climbing stairs without pain, training for a sport, or building muscle. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing the positive changes strength training brings, empowering my clients to feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
INTERESTS: I enjoy pretty much anything outside, especially tennis, mountain biking, soccer, skiing, bike-touring, cross country skiing, hiking, and kayaking and spending time with my husband and baby.
