Thisbe has a deep passion for fitness and nutrition, which is reflected in her extensive certifications and experience. She is a certified personal trainer with a specialization in Fitness Nutrition, and she also holds certifications in BodyBalance®, BodyPump®, TRX, Pilates, and TaijiFit—each of which she has been teaching for 15 years. Thisbe is dedicated to helping clients achieve peak fitness through a balanced approach that includes core strength, flexibility, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and proper nutrition.
Committed to ensuring safety and effectiveness in every session, Thisbe places a strong emphasis on form and technique. Her focus on improving posture and preventing injuries helps clients get the most out of their workouts while promoting overall well-being.
